Every child deserves a quality public school within walking distance of their home. San Francisco families should not be forced to move to the suburbs in search of a quality education. Improving our schools requires real leadership that puts an end to the in-fighting at the Board of Education.

As a former prosecutor raising a family and running a small business, I am committed to a family-friendly city where our streets, parks, and schools are safe and accessible. We must restore respect and integrity to our police force and fund the department fully so they have the resources to do the job right.

I am dedicated to making Lake Merced into a world-class recreation area for all ages. It should be the third jewel in the crown of San Francisco’s parks – standing proudly beside Crissy field and Golden Gate Park offering boating, fishing biking, picnic areas, dragon boats, festivals, classes, kite making and Tai Chi, all this in addition to golf.

As a long time homeowner raising a family with two young children, I know first hand the importance of returning San Francisco to a Families First community where our children can walk to good quality safe schools, and our parks and streets are safe for San Franciscans of all ages.
